At Max Sinoway Little League, the safety and well-being of every player, coach, volunteer, and family member is our top priority. We are dedicated to providing a safe and positive environment where our players can enjoy the game of baseball while learning important life skills.

Background Checks and Abuse Awareness Training

To ensure the safety of all participants, we require that every volunteer—including coaches, team parents, and any other individuals working directly with players—undergo a thorough background check before being approved for any position. In addition, all volunteers are required to complete abuse awareness training, so they can recognize signs of abuse and respond appropriately.

We are committed to maintaining a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for all of our players. By implementing these essential safety measures, we aim to provide peace of mind to our families and create a positive experience for everyone involved in our program.
